WINGUARD WITH ALUMINUM AND VINYL FRAMES
WinGuard is the nation’s top selling brand of residential impact-resistant windows and doors. To date, more than 2.5 million WinGuard windows have been installed with no reported impact failures. Demand for impact-resistant windows and doors continues to be strong, and PGT continues to expand the WinGuard product line by introducing more energy-efficient products that feature vinyl frames and standard laminated insulating glass. PGT was the first manufacturer to offer a complete line of residential aluminum impact-resistant windows and doors approved by Miami-Dade Building Product Control - which enforces the strictest codes in the United States for wind-borne debris and wind loading. As a pioneer and industry leader, we helped develop the toughest testing protocols required by these stringent codes.

Protection against hurricanes is one of many reasons to choose WinGuard windows and doors. Additional benefits include security against thieves and intruders, dramatic reduction of outdoor noise and filtering out 99% of UV rays.
